Eligibility criteria ( Educational qualifications, experience etc)	Officers under the Central/State Government including the Para military Forces. (a)(i) holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department in level in the pay matrix Leve;l-10, Rs. 56,100-177500/-(Revised) Pay Band -3 Rs. 15600-39100 and Grade Pay of Rs,. 5400/-(Pre-revised) b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience: (i) Degree of a recognized University. (ii) 3 years experience as Drill Instructor including experience of planning, co-ordination and conducting outdoor training activities
Period of deputation	03 years
Age limit	The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
