Recruitment of Senior Aviation Security Officer(General Central Service Group ‘B” Non- Gazetted, Non- Ministerial) and Aviation Security Officer(General Central Service Group ‘B” Non- Gazetted, Non- Ministerial)

The Director General, BCAS, New Delhi vide their D.O. No. A-12026/2/2017Personnel-(121478) dated 05/04/2018 has requested to forward nomination in the rank of Senior Aviation Security Officer and Aviation Security Officer on deputation basis. Hence, eligible Insp/SI/ASI-GD may submit their willingness for deputation to BCAS as per details given through their Unit Commandant/HOO;-

Senior Aviation Security Officer(General Central Service Group B Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial) 36 level 7 of pay Matrix, as per the seventh Central Pay Commission [Pre-revised scale: Pay Band 2 (Rs. 930034,800) with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-] ELIGIBILITY :(A)(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or; (ii) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level 6 of pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and (B) possessing the following educational qualification and experience :(i) Bachelors Degree from recognized University; and (ii) three years experience in police/security/ intelligence department of Government of India or State Government or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Organisation.
2. Aviation Security Officer(General Central Service Group B Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial) 79 level 6 of pay Matrix, as per the seventh Central Pay Commission [Pre-revised scale: Pay Band 2 (Rs. 930034,800) with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-] ELIGIBILITY :(A)(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or; (ii) with six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the level 5 of pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and (B) possessing the following educational qualification and experience :(i) Bachelors Degree from recognized University; and (ii) two years experience in police/security/intelligence department of Government of India or State Government or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Organisation.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:

NOTE;-Eligibility condition mentioned above is partial unit Commandant/HOO will scrutinize service particulars (i.e 10 years mandatory service, APAR grading not below Good during last five years, no major punishment during entire service) as per existing instruction on deputation at their end.
