Essential: Bechelor's degree from a recognized univer-sit1-. Desirable:

Training programme/ courses/workshops relating to securitl, luanagcnleur. law and other functioning fire fighting, civil defence etc.

EXPERIENCE : 15 years managerial/supervisort, experience in police/para _militaly ^{defence/public} sector/reputed Pvt./Govt organization at seniol level-out of which 5( frve) years should be as head of security ciivisisp.
