Applications are invited for the post of "Institute Post-Doctoral Fellow

Number of posts: 01

Age Limit: Preferably below 30 years. It can be relaxed for a candidate with exceptional abilities.

Duration: Initially for 1 year, extendable to 2 years upon satisfactory performance

Salary: As per Institute norms, as applicable from time to time (current Rs. 40,000 + 20% HRA)

Minimum qualifications: The position requires a Ph.D. in Chemistry from a recognized University/Institute. The candidate should have a firm fundamental knowledge of Synthesis and Characterization of Inorganic Metal Complexes and their catalytic applications.

Desirable qualifications: In addition to the minimum qualifications, expertise in Electron Paramagnetic Resonance/Magnetic measurements/photovoltaic studies will be preferred.

Research responsibilities: The post-doc will be required to participate in departmental activities and teaching activities in addition to research.
