NOTIFICATION

:

_The Puducherry Pollution Control Committee, Puducherry (Autonomous) functioning under the aegis of Department of Science, Technology and Environment, Puducherry, intends to engage a Senior Advocate to deal with the legal issues and to

attend court cases in the judicial forum in Puducherry Region as its Law Officer on contract basis for a period of six months at a fixed retainer fee of Rs.15,000/(Rupees Fifteen thousand only) per month apart from filing expenses and other miscellaneous expenses such as taking Photo copies and typing charges etc., The applicant should be with experience in dealing the legal issues on environment subject matters within the age limit of 30 to 60.

The applicant should apply in the enclosed application form, along with affixing his

recently taken passport size photograph as prescribed by the Puducherry Pollution Control Committee, Puducherry, The application may be downloaded from the official website: http:www.dste.py.gov.in and Govt. of Puducherry official website: www.py.gov.in and the filled in application may be sent to the Member Secretary, Puducherry Pollution Control Committee, 3'd Floor, Pudhucherry Housing Board Building, Anna Nagar, Nellithope, Puduclrerry-605 005 on or before 11.06.2018 by post or in person.

The last date for receipt of the filled application is upto 5.45 P.M. on 11.06.2018.
