Unraveling the bacterial blight pathogenesis based on novel rice RNA-based markers expressed during infection of Xanthmonas oryzae pv. oryzae in presence or absence of functional T3SS. |

@ Rs. 25000 for two years and Rs. 28000 in the third year + HRA 30% |
Post graduate degree in Basic sciences (3+2) including Biotechnology/Life sciences/Bioscience/Plant Sciences with NET qualification or Post graduate degree in Professional courses (4+2) including Agricultural Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Bio Science/Life sciences |
Hands- on experiences on transcriptome data analysis, bioinformatics as supported by publications. |
Candidates fulfilling the requirements should bring CV giving full details of academic records and experience along with attested photocopies as well as original copies of relevant documents and passport size photograph.

- 1. Above position is purely temporary time bond and co- terminable with the project.
- 2. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in interview.
- 3. No objection certificate from the employer/ university, in case he/ she is in employment elsewhere.
