A rvalk-in-interview will be conducted to form a panel of Part Time ConlraIt Ladv Doctorfor engagement at Health Unit, Angul under Khurda Road Division on contract basis for a period ofone year with 04 hours dufy per day and 06 days per week which can be renewed as a fiesh contract on year to year basis on nillingness of the concerned Part-time Contract Lady Doctor. not extendable beyond 05 years or till the post filled up by regular IRMS Doctors or the scheme is available whichever is earlier. The details are given below:-VACANCY Total no. ofvacancies -0l (01 at Railway llealth Unit, Angul under Khurda Road Division) ELICIBILITY :-Only Ladv Doctors lyill be considered for the post (i)Educational Qualification The candidates should be MBBS passed or be a Post graduate(MD or MS) and with Registration in Indian Medical Council or in possession of valid Registration Certificate ofany ofthe State Medical Councils of India afler cornpletion olone year compulsory Rotatory Internship. (ii)Age -Not exceedins 50 years of age as on 01.06.2018. However age relaxation is admissible for 5 years to candidates from SC/ST community and 3 years for OBC community candidates.

REM UNERATION i) Monthly remuneration is Rs.36,9001 ii) Daily rate ofdeduction from the fee for absence, in excess ofeligibility may be Rs.l230^ per day

Other terms & conditions

L The Pan Time Lady Doctor who enters contract with Railways will not have any claim or right for her continuity or automatic extension ofthe term ofcontract. However, the Railway Administration shall reserve the right to enter into fi'esh contract, for one year or less. with the Practitioner or for further contracts.

  1. Duringthe validity ofthe contract, the Part Time Lady Doctor or the Railway Administration will be at liberty to terminate the contract by giving prior l5 days notice at any time during the contract without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Contract shall also be terminated forthwith, if the Pan Time Lady Doctor is found to be mentally or physically incapacitated.

  2. Normally, Sundays and National Holidays will be offdays.

  3. At the time ofentering into conrract, the Pan Time Lady Doctor shall produce certificates ofher character and antecedents from two Cazetted Oflcers ofthe Central/State Govemment.

    1. The Contract Part-time Lady Doctor shall beofgood general health. Any Contract Pan-time Lady Doctor shall
    2. cease to be on contract on attainiog the age of60 years.
  4. lt will not confer any right for automatic regularization or absorption in Railways.

  5. The pan Time Contract Lady Doctor shall be governed in respect of matters not refened to in these terms and conditions by any orders/amendments to the terms ofcontract issues by the Railway from time to time.

  6. The Contraci part-time Lady Doctor will be available in the Railway Unit during the contract hours and will

attend to Railway beneficiaiies only. During the prescribed hours of duty, the Contract Part-time Lady Doctor shall not attend io any private patient or shall leave the premises of the unit in which she is engaged during

working hours.

9. The Coirtract part-time Lady Doctor will not be entitled to any concession granted to Railway employees and

their families in case ofexciptionally ernergency cases, ifany, referred to the Contract Part-time Lady Doctor ,i-f,,., prir",. ctinic or her U.ing.utteO to"un.nd th. cases it rhe Railway Health Unit. She does so free of charge. No extra paymenr will be made to her for the services thus rendered'
