The post is purely temporary and on contractual basis will be offered for a period of one year or till the end of Project whichever is earlier and renewal on satisfactory performance.

Essential Qualifications
|
B.Tech/M.Sc/B.Sc+ M.C.A or equivalent from a reputed institute
|
|
Essential Experience
|
Minimum one year of relevant experience in the area of Social Enterprise Incubation
|
|
Desirable
|
Experience in portfolio management of start-ups, outreach activities, accelerator program, social media marketing, report writing, due diligence, field visit, application review. Ability to work independently ,good communication skills in English and willing to travel to distant places

Job Profile
|
Pre-Incubation
- Pipeline building of potential applicants through outreach activities
- Eligibility evaluation of the potential applications which includes reviewing profile, business model, team, financials, risks and challenges of the received applications
Post-Incubation
- Induction of mentors and Mentor-Mentee management.
- Portfolio Review which involves analysis of monthly tracking reports of the incubated companies, field visits of incubated companies and conduct portfolio review sessions for start-ups
Others
- Prepare reports and making presentation for monthly/bi-annual review for the TBI
- Social media marketing to promote TBIs activities
- Web Page content updates
- Event management
