As per provisions contained in Statutes 14.3 of the Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vish vavidyalaya Statutes, 1988, the position of Head of Department is to be filled u p on tenure basis for a period of three years amongst the eligible teachers working only in this Vishvav idyala ya .

i.e. Rs. 1010/- (Rupees One thousand and ten only) and for reserved categories candidates Rs. 260 / - (Rupees two hundred and sixty only) payable to the Comptroller, CSKHPKV, Palampur should reach the office of t h e Assistant Registrar (Rectt.) , CSKHPKV, Palampur latest by 31.5.2017 upto 5.00 P.M.

The terms and conditions to fill up these positions are given below:-

1. The Application Forms on cash payment will not be sold by the University.

2. Can dida te must fulfill requisite qualifications/ conditions on the last date of receipt of applications i.e. on 31.5.2017.

3. Applicant must be a citizen of India.

4. The selection of the Head of Department in respect of multidisciplinary Department shall be made out of Professors/equivalent as per provision of the Statute 14.3 (ii) of CSKHPKV Statutes, 1988 notified vide Notification No. QSD. 2-1/2008-CSKHPKV (GA)/ Vol. X/-82898-83011 dated 28.12.2011.

5. Separate Application Form should be submitted for each position.

6. The incomplete application forms or those received after the last date for receipt of applications will n ot be entertained and shall be liable to be rejected without making any refer nce.

7. The canvassing direct or indirect will amount to disqualification.

8. The University reserves the right to terminate the process of filling up the advertised positions at any stage without assigning any reason.

9. The candidate must submit their application forms together with prescribed application fee in the shape of Demand Draft in favour of the Comptroller , CSKHPKV, Palampur through proper channel in time to avoid any rejection due to late receipt of a pplica tion .

10. Advance copy, if any, as well as th e a pplica tion through proper chan nel must reach this office by 31.5.2017.
