Applications are invited for one post of Project Engineer in a DMSRD sponsored project in the Chemical Engineering, IIT Kanpur

Minimum Qualification: M. Tech (Biotechnology)

Desired Qualification Candidates having at least minimum two year research experience in Animal handling, hands-on animal cell culture, Isolation of cellular macromolecules (DNA, RNA, & Proteins), Gel electrophoresis, PCR amplification, Real-time PCR,absorption spectrometry, microbiology lab methods, bioinformatics tools, Confocal Microscope and Fluorescent Microscope. Candidate should have GATE Qualified.

Salary Range: Rs. 26400-2200-66000.

Duration of appointment: The post is purely temporary & contractual and is for the duration of one year or till the end of project, whichever is earlier.

The institute reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualification and experience. Only shortlisted candidates will accordingly call for interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test/interview.
