Advertisement for a Postdoctoral Position @ Complex Systems Lab, IIT Indore

Applications are invited from motivated and eligible candidates for a postdoctoral position in Complex Systems Lab at IIT Indore on the CSIR project Extreme value statistics and evolution of various patterns in real world complex systems.

Must have a Ph.D. in Physics/Applied Mathematics.

Strong analytical background and interest in interdisciplinary research including statistical physics, non linear dynamics, theoretical physics, data mining, statistics, and related areas. Experience in modeling and analysis is a plus, but not a requirement.

Postdoctoral Fellow will be paid consolidated salary and other amenities based on rules of CSIR Research Associate.

Duration: The appointment is for one year with possibilities of extension for another year.
