Position term

3 months (with possible renewal, subject to satisfactory performance and continued fund availability)

Remuneration

Lump sum

Research Assistant: Approx. Rs. 30000 per month

Postdoc: Approx. Rs. 50000 per month

Qualifications/Requirements

Research Assistants:

1. Masters in Environmental Science/ Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Engineering & Management/ Public Health
2. Experience with field sampling and/or population surveys and/or mathematical modeling

Postdoc:

1. PhD from a reputed institute or university
2. Publication(s) in reputed journal(s)
3. If experimentalist: experience with ICP-MS
4. If modeler: experience with one programing language
