Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation Limited (LMRCL), is a joint venture company of Govt. of India and Govt. of Uttar Pradesh which has been entrusted with the responsibility of implementation and operation of the rail based Mass Rapid Transit System in the capital city of Lucknow. The corporation is planning to position itself as one of the best employers by adopting modern HR practices and is designing an employees friendly HR policy. The company invites application from the regular employees working in Indian Railways/Railway Board in the field of Human Resource for the post of Deputy General Manager (HR) on deputation basis. Eligibility Criteria & Experience |
A) The JAG officers of Personnel Department working in CDA pay scale of Rs 15600-39100 (Grade Pay Rs 7600) Pre-revised/ Rs 78800-209200 (Level 12) or Senior Scale Officers of Personnel Department working in Pay Scale of Rs.15600-39100(Grade pay Rs 6600) (Pre-revised)/ Rs 67,700-208700 (Level 11) with minimum of 4 years service in Grade Pay Rs 6600. B) The candidate should have vast experience of working in Establishment/HR matters. Hands on knowledge on various computer application relating to the job is desirable. C) Age should not be more than 55 years on the closing date of application |
