Essential qualifications:	The minimum qualifications: Ph.D. awarded or Thesis submitted in the area of semiconductor devices OR ME/M.Tech. in relevant area with 3 years of research, teaching and design, and development experience.
Age limit	Not more than 35 Years.
Salary	Rs. 36,000/ per month
Relaxation on Age	The upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/women physically handicapped candidates.
