ENGAGEMENT OF RETIRED RAILWAY OFFICIALS AND EX-OFFICIALS OF IRCON ON SERVICE CONTRACT BASIS FOR PROJECTS.

1. IRCON invites application from retired Railway Officials and Ircons Ex- officials to maintain a panel for re-engagement on service contract basis on the following posts in Civil Engineering (Civil, Track, Bridge), Electrical (OHE), S&T (Signaling) for its projects in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, J&K, Bihar, Orissa, UP, Tripura, MP, West Bengal, Jharkhand and other Indian Projects.

The requirement along with the eligibility criteria for the following posts is as below:

Consultant Addl. General Manager	Officer retired from scale of Rs.123100 - 215900 (CDA) Pay Matrix Level -13. OR Rs 90000 240000 (IDA).
Consultant - Joint General Manager	Officer retired from scale of Rs.78800 209200 (CDA) Pay Matrix Level -12. OR Rs 80,000 220000 (IDA).
Consultant Dy. General Manager	Officer retired from scale of Rs 67700 - 208700 (CDA) Pay Matrix Level 11 OR Rs 70000 200000 (IDA).
Consultant Manager	Officer retired from scale of Rs 53100 167800 (CDA) Pay Matrix Level 9 OR Rs 60000 180000 (IDA).
Consultant Dy. Manager	Officer retired from scale of Rs 44900 142400 (CDA) Pay Matrix Level -7 OR Rs 50000 160000 (IDA).
Consultant Assistant Manager	Officer retired from scale of Rs 40000 140000 (IDA).
Consultant SE/SO/Junior Engineer	Officer retired from scale of Rs 35400 - 112400 (CDA) Pay Matrix Level -6 OR Rs 29000 91000 , 28000 80000 (IDA).

2. Experience Candidates with experience in Civil/Track/P Way/Bridge, Electrification Works/OHE, Signaling & Telecom shall be given preference.

Duration of the Service Contract Duration of Service Contract will be initially for a period of 1 year, further extendable till duration of the project or attaining age of 65 years whichever is earlier.

3. Age criteria Age should be above 60 years but below 64 years as on the last date of receipt of application (30.08.2018).

4. Compensation Consolidated lump sum payment per month will be calculated as per formula below:-

1) Officer retired from CDA Grade = 50% of Basic Pay + DA (CDA pattern) there upon as on the date of employment (fixed).

2) Officer retired from IDA Grade = 70% Basic Pay + DA (IDA pattern) there upon as on the date of employment (fixed).

5. As part of the recruitment process candidates will have to interact with Interview committee and APAR of last three years will be taken into consideration. All eligible candidates will have to undergo medical test. Vigilance Clearance will also be obtained from the organization from which they retired.

6. A panel of suitable candidates shall be drawn as per age criteria and the consultant shall be engaged as per requirement of the project from this panel.

7. How to apply:

Application neatly typed on A-4 size paper in the format given below should be addressed and sent to Ircon International Limited, C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi-110017 with the self-attested photocopies of the following documents:

a) Matriculation Certificate / Birth Certificate.

b) Certificate of Technical Qualification (Degree/Diploma etc.);

c) Pay Pension Order (P.P.O);

d) Service Certificate issued by previous employer at the time of superannuation;

e) Address of Vigilance Department of previous employer for collecting Vigilance-clearance;

f) Applications not accompanied by P.P.O., Service Certificate & Address of Vigilance Department of previous employer, incomplete or vague applications will be rejected summarily. Applications not in the prescribed format will also not be entertained.

g) The application duly signed and complete in all respects should be super scribed as Application for the post of . Advertisement No. C 06/2018 on Service Contract Basis.

h) **Incomplete applications and applications not in the prescribed format shall be summarily rejected.
