Short Term Consultant Human Resources for Health (PIP)

National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) has been set up under the National Health Mission (NHM) as an autonomous registered society, to channelize technical assistance and capacity building support to the states for strengthening the public health system.

The NHSRC is also mandated to contribute towards National strategic health planning and programme design. Work at NHSRC is organized around multiple divisions, namely

Community Processes, Quality Improvement, Public Health Planning, Public Health Administration, Healthcare Financing, Healthcare Technology, HMIS and Human Resources for Health.

NHSRC intends recruiting Short Term Consultant -Human Resources (PIP) purely oncontractual basis for the period mentioned in the contract.

Location: NHSRC Office, New Delhi

Roles and Responsibility:

1 Analyze service delivery Human resources data for set of States assigned

2 Provide detailed recommendations and perform detailed budget calculations for HR

proposals on the basis of data analysis for the States assigned

3 Calculate and provide recommendations for Program management activities for the

set of states assigned

4 Ensure proper calculation and exercise due diligence

5 Provide inputs for finalizing HR thematic sheets (state-wise)

Educational qualifications: Post graduate degree in health management or allied sciences

Experience: At least one year in Health Systems preferably in NHM

Desirable: Work experience with MoHFW / State government / NHSRC in NHM

Duration: 3 months

Age: 30 years & below.
