Short Term Consultant Human Resources for Health (Performance Management)

National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) has been set up under the National Health Mission (NHM) as an autonomous registered society, to channelize technical assistance and capacity building support to the states for strengthening the public health system.

The NHSRC is also mandated to contribute towards National strategic health planning and programme design. Work at NHSRC is organized around multiple divisions, namely

Community Processes, Quality Improvement, Public Health Planning, Public Health Administration, Healthcare Financing, Healthcare Technology, HMIS and Human Resources for Health.

NHSRC intends recruiting Short Term Consultant -Human Resources (PerformanceManagement) purely on contractual basis for the period mentioned in the contract.

Location: NHSRC Office, New Delhi

Roles and Responsibility:

1 Support in development of ToRs for NHM consultant

2 Gather data related to current ToR and working and analyse

3 Suggest objectively verifiable indicators of performance for consultants

4 Provide inputs for drafting guidelines for program management support in NHM

Educational qualifications: Post graduate degree in health management or allied sciences

Experience: At least one year in Health Systems

Desirable: Work experience with MoHFW / State government / NHSRC in NHM

Duration: 3 months

Age: 30 years & below.
