WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

Applications on plain paper for Walk-in-Interview are invited for the post of Director Administration on Pay minus Pension basis for engagement on contract for a period of six months or till the age of 65 (whichever is earlier) only:-

1. Director Administration:- (One Post-UR),

Pay- Pay minus pension

Qualification:

(i) A Bachelors degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade.

(ii) At least 15 years of experience on an administrative position in an Institution of repute.

Or

Comparable experiences in establishment and/or other institution of higher education.

Or

15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Director Administration/Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

Candidates have to submit the application mentioning personal details, qualifications, experiences with a PP size photograph alongwith copies of all relevant documents including Pension Payments Order (PPO) at the time of interview. Candidates have also to bring all the above mentioned documents in original for necessary verification during interview. Walk in Interview is scheduled to be held on 15/03/2018 at 10:00 AM in V. C. Conference Hall, Bihar Agricultural University (HQ.) Sabour.

Important Instructions:

1. No call letter for interview will be sent to the candidates.

2. Candidates fulfilling the above prescribed eligibility criteria will only be entertained for interview.

3. Candidates have to appear with all original certificates of qualification, experience and other relevant documents.

4. Candidates may have to stay one day more for the interview. They have to arrange their own arrangement for stay etc. No TA/DA will be paid.

6. The appointment/engagement will be made under the provision of section 21(11),chapter(iv) of Bihar Agricultural University Act,2010.
