NATIONAL BRAIN RESEARCH CENTRE (NBRC) requires a Senior R&D Engineer (Project) under Ministry of Information & Technology funded project.

The primary scientific interest of the lab is to identify early in vivo biomarkers for neurodegenerative disorders, particularly Alzheimers disease. The lab uses multi-modal neuroimaging techniques, i.e. magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), functional MRI (fMRI), and magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) to investigate the associated structural, functional, and neurochemical brain alterations, respectively. Interested candidates fulfilling the following requirement can appear for the walk-in-interview at 11:30 A.M. on 24th April, 2018 at National Bran Research Centre Manaser, Nainwal Mode, Gurgaon, (Haryana). Candidates are requested to report at 10:30 A.M. alongwith all the certificates in support of qualification and experience as claimed, in original for verification of documents. Candidates reports later time will not be included in the interview process.

Essential Qualifications

M. Tech / ME (Electrical /Electronics/Computer science)

Desirable Experience

Prior hands on experience with Image processing is welcome
Expertise in Matlab coding.

Emoluments

` 35,000/- pm (consolidated) (No other allowances are applicable)

Job Profile

Active participation in analysis and interpretation of MRS and fMRI data.
Publishing results in peer-reviewed scientific journals.

Tenure
