No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centre after 10:00 AM. Decision of management in this regard will be final. Candidates should carry a blue/black ball pen along with them to the examination centre.

Method of Selection: Selection will be through a Written Test followed by an Interview of the shortlisted candidates. The written test is scheduled on 04.03.2018 (Sunday). Intimation regarding Interview will be communicated via email only.

Documents Required: Candidates are required to produce one set of self attested photocopies of the following documents along with the filled in Personal Particulars Form while coming for the written test:

i) SSLC Marks card ii) Engineering Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate and Detailed Mark sheets of all

semesters iii) Caste Certificate and Disability Certificate, if applicable iv) Three recent passport size colour photographs v) Any other relevant certificate(s)

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

i) Only Indian Nationals need apply.

ii) Candidates are required to possess at least one valid e-mail id. Information pertaining to the interview will be sent by e-mail only to the id that is furnished. BEL will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail sent to the candidate.

iii) There will be no separate communication to any candidates on their non-selection at any stage. iv) Appointment of the selected candidates will be subject to being found medically fit by the

ompanys Medical !uthorities.

v) In respect of Persons with Disability, the degree of disability that the candidate should have,

for consideration under the category, will be as prescribed by Government norms.

vi) Candidates whose Degree Certificate does not tally with the branch mentioned in the advertisement will not be considered for test/ interview. Candidates who have not completed B.E./ B.Tech. Degree need not apply. Those who are unable to produce their certificates in original on the day of the interview for any reason whatsoever will not be considered.

vii) BEL reserves the right to debar you at any stage of the written test / interview proceedings, if your candidature is not considered suitable for any reason.

viii)The admission at all stages of the selection process will be purely provisional. Mere issue of admit card/ interview call letter to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been cleared by BEL.

ix) No Travelling Expenses will be given for attending the interview.

x) All candidates should carry a blue/ black ball pen to the examination hall. Candidates should use only Blue/ Black Ball Pen to fill the OMR sheet.

xi) Electronic gadgets like cellular / mobile phones, any other devices for communication, laptop, bluetooth devices and calculators are banned inside the examination hall.

xii) Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.

xiii)Posting of Engineers (at any location in India) is the sole discretion of BEL Management. BEL also reserves the rights of posting of any Engineer anywhere on rotational basis in due course of service.

xiv)The candidature of any candidate found guilty of adopting unfair means during the examination will summarily be cancelled right away and he/she will be expelled from the examination centre.
