2. Mode of selection:

Selection will be through written test and interview. Call letters will be sent to the e-mail IDs of eligible candidates for attending the written

test. Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on their performance in written test. Date of the written test will be intimated by e-mail in due course. The written test will consist of objective type questions in domain knowledge and

expertise for Gun Ammunition area and General Knowledge.

3. General conditions

Only Indian nationals need to apply.

Application fee of Rs. 500/-by DD in favour of Bharat Electronics Limited payable at Pune is required to be attached along with application. PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee. There will be no reimbursement of fare for attending the written test. The outstation candidates called for interview separately will be reimbursed with IInd class train fare for E-III category and by first class / AC II tier fare for E-IV category by the shortest route between the correspondence address and place of interview on production of valid train tickets. .

Candidates employed in Govt./Quasi Govt. and Public Sector Undertaking is required to submit the application through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate at the time of interview; without which such candidate will not be allowed to appear for the interview.

The number of posts indicated above may vary based on the actual requirement at the time of selection. Applications that are incomplete, not in the prescribed format, not legible, without the required enclosures will be summarily rejected without assigning any reason and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. There will be no separate communication to any candidates on their non-selection at any stage.

The above opening is for Bharat Electronics Limited, NDA Road, Pashan,Pune-21. However, selected candidate may be required to serve in other location/s also, if need arises, as per Companys requirement.

Candidates are required to provide their one valid e-mail ID which shall be entered in the application form. BEL reserves the right to debar the candidate at any stage of selection process, if the candidature is not found suitable.

Candidates claiming to be belonging to OBC category are required to submit the latest certificate in the prescribed proforma (available in Companys website www.bel-india.com) issued by the prescribed authority along with the application. Certificate in any other proforma or issued by an authority other than the prescribed authority will not be accepted.

Appointment of the selected candidate will be subject to being found Medically Fit by the Companys medical authorities as per the medical fitness standards laid down by the Company. The candidate who is called to report on Selection should get himself/herself medically examined by a Civil Surgeon/Asst. Civil Surgeon and submit the medical report as per the requirement of the Company.

Candidates with relevant disability of not less than 40 per cent only will be eligible for reservation and relaxation as PWD. PWD candidates are required to submit Disability Certificate issued by the Medical Board in the prescribed format (available in Companys website www.bel-india.com) along with the application.

In case any University / Institute following an evaluation system of CGPA / DGPA / OGPA or letter grade, the candidate, wherever applicable, should submit percentage (%) conversion certificate issued by university / institution along with the application. Candidates with higher qualification than the mentioned essential qualification need not to apply.

The admission at all/any stage of selection process will be purely provisional. Mere issue of admit card/interview call letter to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been cleared by BEL. BEL reserves the right to debar / disqualify any candidates at any stage of the selection process for any reason whatsoever. Mere applying for the post shall not be deemed as selection

Pay scale shown against respective grade is likely to be revised wef 01.01.2017

4.2. Candidates are required to send hard copy of the duly filled in application and Excel file -original copy (which was scanned and e-Mailed) along with the following selfattested photocopies of the documents (one set in following mentioned sequence) by post only to Dy. General Manager(HR), Bharat Electronics Limited, N.D.A.Road, Pashan,Pune-411021, Maharashtra State so as to reach it on or before 10/06/2017.

a) Filled in bio-data form, downloaded from the BEL website.

b) Certificate / Marks Sheet issued by Board for Matriculation / Higher Secondary in support of proof of age.

c) All certificates (starting from Matriculation / Class X) in support of educational qualifications. (Candidates having part-time or correspondence course in prescribed qualification are not eligible).

d) Conversion formula for conversion of CGPA / DGPA / OGPA or letter grade to percentage, duly certified by the University / Institution, wherever applicable.

e) Latest OBC certificate.

f) Disability certificate if the candidate belongs to PWD category.

g) No objection certificate if employed in Government / Quasi Government and Public Sector undertakings.

h) Experience certificate from the previous and present employer.

i) Two passport size color photographs.

6. Please note that if the candidates do not complete Stage 4.1 and Stage 4.2 in the prescribed timeline mentioned in para 4 above, in such case the candidature will not be considered for this recruitment process.
