AGE:

QUALIFICATION :

B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) from AICTE approved College/Institute or a recognised University.

First class in the indicated qualification for General candidates. Pass class for ST/PWD candidates.

DISCIPLINE:

The candidates who have acquired BE/B.Tech degree, the following discipline only are eligible

Civil:

i. Civil Engineering

PAY SCALE

Dy. Gen. Manager (E-VI grade) Rs. 80,000 3% - Rs. 2,20,000 + admissible allowances

Manager (E-V grade) Rs. 70,000 3% - Rs. 2,00,000 + admissible allowances

EXPERIENCE:

1. DY. GEN. MANAGER (E-VI grade)

Min. 18 years experience in the field of Project management / EPC / Infrastructure, The candidate should have relevant experience in construction related activities i.e execution / supervision of construction works involving excavation and earthwork, piling, road works, RCC framed building works, RCC works in deep foundations, foundation of structures for heavy equipment, industrial infrastructure and underground complexes,

mass concreting of heavily reinforced structures and large value civil engineering projects etc. Candidate should have handled contracts and closing of projects. Alternatively candidate should have experience in design, experience in coordinating with various agencies involved like client, consultants, contractors, Estimation, Tendering, Rate analysis etc. Knowledge of CPWD conditions of contract and Specifications will be an added advantage. Candidates having proficiency in use of Computer will be preferred.

2. MANAGER (E-V grade)

Min. 12 years of experience in Project Planning. Site coordination, estimation, execution of Industrial infrastructure and underground complexes, mass concreting of heavily reinforced structures, SOIL/ROCK stabilization during excavation, Quality Control Procedure, co-ordination of Inter-disciplinary activities, billing, exposure to AutoCAD and Microsoft Project. Analysis and review of all project related activities with reference to time frame, resource allocation and scheduling. Dealing and Coordination with various contractors / vendors/ agencies for execution of works at sites. Exposure to AutoCAD & Microsoft project is desirable.

METHOD OF SELECTION:

Selection will be through an Interview (only for those candidates who will be shortlisted based on their experience).

Application Fee:

Candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to remit an amount of Rs: 500/- towards application fee. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

7. Complete the payment as explained above.

8. Take a print of the payment receipt and attach it with the application form.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

i) Only Indian Nationals need apply.

ii) NOC: Candidates employed in Govt./Quasi-Govt. and Public Sector Undertakings will be required to produce No Objection Certificate at the time of interview, without which they will not be allowed to appear for the interview.

iii) GEN/OBC candidates applying for the above posts are required to submit an online application fee of Rs. 500/-.

iv) Appointment of the selected candidates will be subject to being found medically fit by the Companys Medical Authorities.

v) There will be no separate communication to any candidates on their non-selection at any stage.

vi) In respect of Persons with Disability, the degree of disability that the candidate should have, for consideration under the category, will be as prescribed by Government norms.

vii) Candidates whose Degree Certificate does not tally with the branch mentioned in the application / advertisement will not be considered for interview.

viii) BEL reserves the right to debar you at any stage of the interview proceedings, if your candidature is not considered suitable for any reason.

ix) Candidates who are unable to produce their Engineering Degree, Marks Card and Work Experience Certificates in original on the day of interview for whatever reason will not be considered. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.

x) The admission at all stages of the selection process will be purely provisional. Mere issue of admit card/interview call letter to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been cleared by BEL.
