Walk in interview for the Engagement of Engineers on contract Basis

In reference to ESIC Hqrs. Office circular No. pt. PS/SE-V/Staff Matter/2013 PMD dated 8.3.18 applications are invited in the prescribed form for engagement of engineers on contract basis from retired engineers on the posts of JE/AE/Executive Engineer level from Central/State/PWD or CPSUs/PSUs against vacant posts till posts are filled on regular basis, for rendering contractual services of engineering, consultancy, designing, estimating, supervision and evaluation, including project execution on stand-alone basis in ESI Hospital, Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi which is presently having 216 bed capacity which is under expansion upto 500 beds in near future. The details are hereunder :

Any other perks/benefits such as HRA, Transport Allowance, Medical Reimbursement and leave with pay will not be admissible. Proportionate deductions shall be made from the consolidated remuneration payable for days of absence from duty. The office has to be attended from 9 AM to 4.00 PM on everyday basis.

An agreement shall be entered into before inception of service in ESIC by the selected candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ELIGIBILITY CONDITONS :

Assistant Engineer (Civil)

Essential Qualification :

i. Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University/Institution.

ii. Only Persons who should have honourably retired in the rank of Assistant Engineer or above from CPWD/State PWD/Central or State PSUs/Railways/Central or State Govt. Deptt./Autonomous bodies of the Central Govt. need to apply.

iii. Person must be drawing pension from that office.

Desirable Qualification

i. Persons who retired in last 2 years as on March 2015.

ii. Persons having Post graduate Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Iii Having working knowledge of computers viz MS Office, MS windows, Excel etc

And PERT/CPM

iv. Preferably residing nearby the okhla hospital area so that in emergency hours the availability of the services be ensured, on call.

Jr. Engineer (Electrical)

Essential Qualification :

i. Diploma in Electric Engineering from recognized University/Institution.

ii. Only Persons who should have honourably retired in the rank of Junior Engineers or above from CPWD/State PWD/Central or State PSUs/Railways/Central or State Govt. Deptt./Autonomous bodies of the Central Govt. need to apply.

iii. Person must be drawing pension from that office.

Desirable Qualification

i. Persons who retired in last 2 years as on March 2015.

ii. Persons having Post graduate Degree in Electric Engineering.

iii Having working knowledge of computers viz MS Office, MS windows, Excel etc

And PERT/CPM

iv. Preferably residing nearby the okhla hospital area so that in emergency hours the availability of the services be ensured, on call.

Jr. Engineer (Civil)

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. Persons who have retired from the post of JE or above from Central/State PWD/ Public Sector undertaking are eligible to apply.

Selection Process :

The selection will be through a walk-in personal interview to be held at ESI Hospital Okhla, N. Delhi. Individual must be physically fit, motivated, dynamic and result oriented and willing to join immediately after selection. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. Date for walk-in-interview is 21.04.18 at 10 AM to 12.00 Noon at ESI Hospital Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi.

How to apply and conditions :

a. The application should be accompanied by a Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- issued (after the date of publication of advertisement) in favour of ESI fund Account No. 1. Payable at New Delhi, clipped on the top of the application.

b. The applicant/candidate must bring following documents/testimonials duly attested by an Executive Engineer or above rank :

i. 2 number of recent passport size photographs one of which must be fixed (not stapled) on the application form.

ii. Photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate

iii. Photocopies of Degree/Diploma in support of technical qualification

iv. Photocopy of Pension Payment Order from the office where served last

v. Experience/service certificate from the employers in support of requisite length of service,

vi. Proof of residence (where stationed at present)

vii. Permanent address proof

viii. Copy of PAN Card and Adhar Card for Identity proof.

Note : documents/testimonials in original shall also have be produced by the applicant/candidate at the time of interview failing which interview may be denied and no further opportunity may be given.
