-2-TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Rules of Reservation will be implemented as per Govt. of India instructions.
2. The appointment shall not confer any right or preference for regular appointment.
3. In case regular candidates reports duty, the appointment shall be terminated as per the conditions of the contract.
4. No claim for any service benefit like, PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Seniority, Promotion and Leave will be admissible.
5. Candidates must be registered with Karnataka Medical Council or MCI before joining the post.
6. The Candidate who is in the Government Service should submit No Objection Certificate from the employer at the time of interview.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview or joining duty.
8. No Accommodation will be provided by ESIC for contractual engagements
9. The Junior Resident post is a contract post for one year. 10.The application should be submitted in the prescribed format only at the

12.The candidates claiming reservation/age relaxation on grounds of belonging to OBC should submit the Community Certificate in Annexure A prescribed vide Govt. of India, Department of Personnel and Training O.M No. 36036/2/2013-Estt.(Res.), dated 30.05.2014 failing which thebenefit of reservation/ relaxation will not be given and their application shall be rejected and no request / correspondence will be entertained. Certificates issued in other formats will not be accepted and the candidate will be treated as General category for all purposes. The format inAnnexure A is uploaded along with the advertisement.

15.The candidates are advised to bring their application (prescribed format attached) along with 2 photographs and 1 set of self attested copies of thefollowing. a) SSLC Certificate (for proof of age) b) MBBS Certificate c) MCI/ KMC Registration and d) Caste Certificate whichever applicable.

16. The Candidates should bring the original certificates at the time of interview. 17.All candidates are directed to report for interview at 6^th Floor, Dean Office, ESIC Model Hospital, Rajajinagar, Bangalore -10.

18. Candidates are requested get themselves registered within the time mentioned above failing which they will not be allowed to appear for interview.

19.The candidate appointed as Junior Resident shall tender one month prior notice in case he wishes to resign from the job or tender one monthsalary in lieu of one month notice.

20.On selection of Junior Resident, the candidates have to deposit an amount of Rs.30,000/-as refundable Security deposit (Drawn in favour of ESIC Fund A/C No.1). However, this amount will be appropriated towards administrative cost in case, the candidate resigns/terminateshis/her contract ESIC terminates the contract on account of any misconduct within Six months of the commencement of the contract with orwithout prior notice.

21.On selection the candidates have to open an SB Account in State Bank of India before reporting for duty

22.The Dean is the Controlling Authority for Junior residents.

Duly filled in application form in the prescribed format as per Annexure -1(available on website www.esipgirnr.kar.nic.in orwww.esic.nic.in or www.es ichospitals.govin should be brought during the walk in interview with all the original certificates such asMatriculati on Certificate (for proof of a e), MBBS, PG Diploma, SC/ST/OBC certificate, Registration certificate with the KMC/MCI etc.and two passport size photographs alonwith 1 set of photocopies of all the certificates.
