Eligible and interested candidates are invited for a walk-in-interview to be held at the campus of Indian Institute of Millets Research, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad-500030 on 28.04.2018 at 10.30 AM for recruitment of one RA and two SRFs as per the details given below.

National Agricultural Innovation Fund(NAIF) for Agri Business Incubator (ABI)

Essential Qualifications:

With Doctoral degree:

1. Ph.D in Agricultural Economics (or) Masters Degree in the above mentioned subject with 4 years bachelors degree having 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent OGPA
2. At least 2 Years experience in relevant/agribusiness field. NET qualification is compulsory for the candidates having 3 years Bachelors degree.
Desirable Qualifications:

(i) Experience in agribusiness planning/handling Economics tools and negotiations or IPR issues or technology valuation

(ii) Proven documentation skills with proficiency in English.

(iii) Proficiency in Computer skills (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Power Point etc.)

(iv) Willing to travel to other places/field visits.

Rs. 38000 /- (For Masters degree holders) Rs. 40000/- (for Ph. D. holders) + 30% HRA As per ICAR Rules

Till March 2019 likely to be extended.

SRF (2)

(Food Science/ Technology)

1. National Agricultural Innovation Fund(NAIF) for Agri Business Incubator (ABI)- (1 SRF)

Essential Qualifications:

1. M.Sc. in Food Chemistry / Food Technology / Food nutrition/Food Processing Engineering /Agri. Processing Engineering / Post Harvesting Technology having 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent OGPA with at least 2 Years experience in agribusiness field.
2. NET qualification is compulsory for the candidates having 3 years Bachelors

Rs. 25,000/- + 30% HRA As per ICAR Rules

Till March 2019 likely to be extended.

2. National Agricultural Innovation Fund(NAIF) for ZTMC (1 SRF)
degree.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Experience in FMCG/Food Sector, basic knowledge in on cereals processing, product development, nutrition and chemistry also able to handle lab equipment skills, ability to analyze statistical data and demonstrated.
2. Documentation skills with proficiency in English.
3. Willing to travel to field sites also.

The above posts are purely temporary and on contractual basis till one year from the date of appointment. The candidates shall submit applications at the time of interview in the proforma enclosed along with a passport size photograph and a set of attested copies of requisite mark-sheet, certificates and supporting documents. They have to produce all the original certificates at the time of interview for verifications. NO TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The decision of the Director, IIMR is final and binding in all respects.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The age limit of the above positions is minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years with relaxation as per rules.
2. The candidates have to produce his/her original certificates along with a set of Xerox and a photo, list of publication and other documents such as experience and caste certificate at the time of interview for verification and required to submit the bio-data in the format given below (affixing latest passport size photograph) along with attested copies of certificates of educational qualification.
3. The selected candidates shall not claim for regular appointment / absorption in IIMR or funding agency at the end of the project.
