Applications are invited through 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION' from qualified candidates for selection to the under mentioned post in Kerala Government Service. Candidates who have already registered can apply through their profile.

5. Method of Appointment :(i) Recruitment by Transfer from any other class, category or service

(ii) In the absence of qualified hands under bytransfer category,

shall be filled up by direct recruitment. Note:- i)Appointments to this class shall be reserved exclusively for Ex-servicemen / Territorial Army. ii) If qualified Ex-Servicemen / Territorial Army personnel are not available, qualified Ex-Cadets of NCC Air Wing holding 'C' certificate shall be appointed to the post of Aero-modelling Instructor cum Storekeeper.

6. Age Limit : 21-36. Candidates born between 02-01-1981 and 01-01-1996 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are elegible for usual relaxation. Note:- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age

limit shall in no case exceed 50 (Fifty) years, please see para (2) of the general conditions under part II of this notification.

7. Qualification : 1. General Qualifications :

(i) A pass in PDC/Intermediate Examination of recognised University or equivalent.

OR Ex-cadet of NCC Airwing, holding 'C' Certificate.

(ii) Should have at least one year's experience as a Teacher/Instructor, in Aero-modelling in a recognised school.

OR Should have worked in an Air Squadron NCC as an Aero-modelling Instructor for one year.

(iii) Must have a good written and spoken knowledge in English language.

(iv) Should be proficient to handle accounting of Aero-modelling stores.

2. Preferential Qualification:

Should be proficient in building static and flying models of Aircraft. Note:- KS&SSR Part II 10a(ii) is applicable for selection to this post.

8. Training:- A person appointed to the post of Aero-modelling Instructor-cum-Store-Keeper shall undergo within the period of probation such Training as the Director, NCC may consider necessary.

(i) Qualified candidates holding low paid posts in the Kerala State Subordinate Services (including part time contingent Service) in the Scale of pay lower than ` 27800-59400/-can apply for the above post. The applicant should be a full member or an approved probationer of the Subordinate Services. The applicants should obtain a certificate from the Head of Office showing their service particulars in the form given below and produce the same as and when required by the Commission. Persons appointed through Employment Exchange or otherwise and working on a temporary/provisional basis are not eligible to apply for the post in response to this notification. Candidates who are already included in the Ranked List for By Transfer Recruitment in any one district are not eligible to apply further.

Certified that the above details in respect of Shri/Smt .. who is an approved probationer/full member of the Subordinate services, have been verified by me with the service particulars of the candidate and that they are found correct. He is eligible to apply for the post of Aeromodelling Instructor cum Store Keeper in the NCC Directorate (Kerala & Lakshadeep)Department as per Rule 2(13) of the KS & SSR 1958.

(ii) If sufficient number of candidates are not available in the Ranked List prepared for By Transfer, such vacancies will be filled up by candidates included in the ranked list prepared for Direct Recruitment.

(iii) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on district wise basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O. (Ms) No.154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one district from the Ranked List prepared for that District is not eligible for transfer to another District for a period of 5 years from the date of commencement of regular service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after 5 years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O. (P)No. 36/91/P&ARD dated 02.12.1991 for inter district transfers in same Department and G.O(P) No. 5/2013/P&ARD dated 06.02.2013 for inter departmental transfers. But as per G.O(P) 12/96/P&ARD dated 16.03.1996, the condition of 5 years service is not applicable for the transfer to the Districts of Idukki, Wayanad and Kasaragod. This concession will be available only for getting transfer into these districts, but not for getting transfer out of these districts and this concession will be granted only once in the career of a Government Servant. Candidates already in Government Service holding the post in any one district are prohibited from applying for the same post.

Candidates who have registered can apply by logging into their profile using their UserID and password. Candidates must click on the `Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the Notification Link to apply for a post. The photograph uploaded should be one taken on or after 31/12/2010. Name of the candidate and the date of taking photograph should be printed at the bottom portion. The photograph once uploaded meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs. No application fee is required. Candidatesshall takea printout of the application by clicking the link Registration Card in their profile. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application on the profile, candidates must ensure the correctness of the information on their profile. They must quote their UserID for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot bedeleted or altered after submission. The Application willbe summarily rejected if noncompliance with the notification is found in due course of processing. 9. If a Written Test/OMR/Online Test is conducted as a part of the selection Admission Tickets of eligible candidates will be made available in their profile for 'One Time Registration' and the date of downloading will be included in the Examination Calendar. Candidates can download Admission Tickets for 15 days from the date. Candidates who have downloaded the Admission Tickets will alone be permitted to attend the Examination.
