THIRD NCA NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited Online only by One Time Registration from qualified candidates of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities of Kerala State for appointment in the under mentioned post in Kerala Government service. Before applying for the post the candidate shall register as per One Time Registration Scheme through the official website of Kerala Public Service Commission. This is the Third NCA notification due to the non-availability of SC and ST candidates for the post as per notification in the gazette dated 14.05.2010 (Cat.No.149/2010), and as per notification in the gazette dated 24.04.2012 (Cat.Nos. 90/2012, 91/2012).

The above vacancies are now in existence. The Ranked list published as per this

notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked to

the above communities, but remains unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the

Ranked list published for the post on 20.12.2006

1. 1. Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe communities of Kerala State only.) . Applications of ST candidates will not be considered in the absence of SC candidates. Applications of SC Candidates also will not be considered for the vacancies kept aside for ST Candidates.
      
      
   2. Note:-Applications submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than the above mentioned community will be summarily rejected. Individual communication regarding rejection of their application will not be issued.
2. Age limit : 23-45. Only candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.1994 (both dates included) [For other conditions regarding age relaxation, please see Part II Para 2 of the General Conditions except Para 2 (I) ]
   
   

7.Qualifications :

1 Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics with not less than 50% marks awarded by any of the Universities in Kerala or an equivalent qualification.

2 i) B.Ed Degree in the concerned subject acquired after a regular course ofstudy from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized asequivalent thereto by a University of Kerala.

ii) In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree in the concerned subject,B.Ed.Degree acquired after a regular course of study in the concerned faculty as specified in the Acts and Statutes of any of the universities in Kerala.

iii) In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree as specified in item (1) and (2)above, persons with B.Ed. Degree in any subject acquired after a regularcourse of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by any of the Universities in Kerala.

iv) In the absence of B.Ed. Degree holders, candidates having Masters Degree with not less than 50% marks and who have passed SET will be considered. Preference will be given to candidate having Ph.D or M. Phil. orqualified as Junior Research Fellowship/NET. The teachers appointed under this provision will have to acquire B.Ed. Degree at their own expense within 5 years from the date of entry in service.

v) Persons who have acquired M.Ed in the subject concerned after a regularcourse of study and recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala are exempted from B.Ed qualification.

3 Must have passed the State Eligibility Test for the post of Non-VocationalTeacher conducted by Government of Kerala or by the Agency authorizedby the State Government.

Note :-All the educational qualifications for teaching post should be one acquired after a regular course of study from a Recognized University inKerala or recognized as equivalent thereto by any of the Universities inKerala.
