ADVERTISEMENT FOR DIRECT RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF

LIBRARIAN, CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS & DIRECTOR RCM Online applications are invited from the candidates for Librarian (1-UR), Controller of Examinations (1-UR) and Director RCM (1-UR) in Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh.

Eligible Candidates should fill Online Application through IGNTU website http://igntu.ac.in/recruitment.htm. The Opening date of online application is 23.05.2018. The closing date for submission of online application is 23.06.2018and submission of hardcopy of application along with self attested enclosures (by Speed Post or Registered Post only) is

Code	DESCRIPTION
01	Qualifications and Experience for Librarian
	(i) A Master's Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven points scale and consistently with a good academic record. (ii) At least 13 (thirteen) years as a Deputy Librarian in a University library or 18 (eighteen) years experience as a College Librarian. (iii) Evidence of innovative library science and organization of published work. Desirable: M. Phil. /Ph. D. Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation / Archives and Manuscript-keeping. OR Deputy Librarian completing service of 03 (three) years in the AGP of Rs. 9000/-and otherwise eligible as per conditions prescribed by the UGC Regulations, 2010 as amended from time to time. Note: A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) Based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) as per the guidelines of the UGC (format can be referred from the UGC website). Deputation: Officers of Central/State Governments, Universities and other Autonomous Organization; holding analogous posts on regular basis. 02	Qualifications and Experience for Controller of Examinations
	(i) A Masters Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven points scale. (ii) At least 15 (fifteen) years of teaching experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP Rs.7000 and above or with 8 (eight) years of service in Readers/Associate Professor, along with experience in educational administration. OR Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher

	education. OR 15 (fifteen) years of administrative experience of which 8 (eight) years as Deputy Controller of Examinations/Deputy Registrar or an equivalent Post. Desirable: Relevant experience in conducting University Examinations and automation of examination pattern and other comparable examinations. Mode and Tenure of Appointment: The appointment shall be made either on deputation or on contract for tenure up to 5 (five) years or till attaining the age of 62 (sixty two) years whichever is earlier. 03	Qualifications and Experience for Director Regional Campus at Imphal, Manipur
	The above post (code-03) is equivalent to the post of Professor (i) A Master's Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven points scale and consistently with a good academic record and an eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in any discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 (ten) publications as books and/or research/policy papers. (ii) A minimum of 10 (ten) years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries, including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level. (iii) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses and technology mediated teaching learning process. (iv) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), set out in this Regulation of UGC (format can be referred from the UGC website). OR An outstanding professional, with established reputation in any discipline, who has made significant contributions to the knowledge adequately in any discipline, to be substantiated by credentials. In case, a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, he / she should create his / her new email ID before applying Online.

The name of the candidate, Date of Birth and his / her Parents name etc. should be written correctly in the online application in BOLD LETTERS as it appears in the class 10^th certificate. Any changes / alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
