ADVERTISEMENT FOR POSITION OF SENIOR CONSULTANT IN ZOOLOGY

School of Sciences invites applications from candidates for the position of one full time senior consultant in Zoology. The senior consultant will be responsible for developing self instructional materials for Zoology courses in B.Sc. under the new UGC-CBCS. The candidate must have the following qualifications:

Ph.D in Zoology as per UGC guidelines and minimum of 15 years of teaching and research experience in the relevant field and should be experienced in preparing self instructional materials for Open and Distance Learning.

Maximum age limit for the above mentioned post is 69 years as on the date of advertisement.

The appointment will initially be for a period of six months and may be extended. The remuneration shall be Rs 50,000/ to Rs 70,000/ per month.

The post is purely contractual and the selected candidate will have no right whatsoever for absorption /regularization in the University
