Advertisement for positions of Consultants (Botany & Zoology) inLife Sciences

School of Sciences invites applications from candidates for the positions of two fulltime Consultants in Life Sciences one each in Botany & Zoology. The nature of work will involve:

(i)

the conduct of Laboratory Courses in Life Sciences for B.Sc. (General), B.Sc. (Major) in Botany, B.Sc. (Major) in Zoology, and B.Sc. UGCCBCS programme; and

(ii)

development of self instructional materials for Botany and Zoology courses for B.Sc. UGCCBCS programme and any other academic work assigned by the discipline of Life Sciences.

The appointment will initially be for a period of six months and may be extended depending on satisfactory performance and as per the requirement of the School. The positions are purely contractual and the selected candidates will have no right whatsoever for absorption /regularization in the University. The University reserves the right to discontinue/terminate/curtail the services of the Consultants by giving notice period of 1 month.
