INDIRA GANDHI NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF SOCIAL SCIENCES Faculty of Sociology

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for two posts (Full-Time, contractual) of Academic Associates in the Discipline of Sociology in School of Social Sciences (SOSS), Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Maidan Garhi, New Delhi -110068. These positions are initially for a period of six months, extendable further as per requirement of the University. Remuneration and educational qualifications for the posts are as given below:

Job Profile: The nature of work would involve activities pertaining to development of academic programmes in Sociology discipline offered by the University. The job would include writing and editing of course material and assisting the Programme Course/Coordinators in day to day activities related to course development.
