Senior Consultant [Academic] (One) for Certificate for Community Health for Ayurveda Practitioner Programme

1. Qualifications and Experience: Essential M.D. (PSM), M.D.(CHA) PhD. in Community Health for Public / Public Health.

Desirable: Post Graduation in Distance Education, Diploma/Degree in Educational Technology .

2. Age : upto 65 years,

3. Working Experience: Essential 10 years in the field of Public Health, Desirable Teaching/Training in the field of Public Health,

Good communication skill and working knowledge in computer including Microsoft office(Word, Excel, Power Point) and internet will be given preference.

4. Emoluments (Consolidated): Full time Rs.70,000/- per month

5. Other terms and conditions

i) The position will be on contract for six months initially, which may be extendable for another six month depending on satisfactory work report. The contract engagement shall not be part of the regular cadres nor would any special preferential treatment be given to such contractual staff in the matter of recruitment to regular post, if any.

ii) The person engaged on contract engagement shall have no vested right prior to and after the completion of the contract period to ask for regularization/absorption in IGNOU.
