General information

1. Upper age limit (as on date of interview) will be 37 years.
   
   
   1. (i) Relax able for SC/ST candidates up to a maximum period of five years and inthe case of OBC candidates up to a maximum period of three years.
      
      
   2. (ii) In the case of Orthopedic/Physical Handicapped (OPHJcandidates up to a maximum period of 5 years for UR, 8 years for OBC and 10years for SC/ST category candidates.
2. Qualification: A post-graduationdegree i.e. MD/MS/DNE/equivalent in the concerned subject from recognized university/institute.
   
   
3. APPLICATION FEE UR & OBC Rs. 1000/-No fees required for SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates. The fee shall be received in the form of Demand Draft/Drawn in favor of "AIIMS, Patna* payable at Patna. (Application fee will be received on the day of Interview-) No other mode of payment i.e. in cash or postal order or cheque will not he entertained.
   
   
4. Canvassing in any form will disqualify candidate.
   
   

1. Crucial date for determihationof eligibility with regard to age, educational qualification and experience etc. will be the date: candidates appear in the interview.
   
   
2. Person with disability are required to producethe physically handicappedcertificate (with degree of disability) in original issuedby the competent authority (The Medical Board duly constituted by the central Go&, or State Govt.) at the time of interview.
   
   
3. Subject to availability, Residentsdoctors will be provided accommodation In the RMO Hostel.
   
   
4. Pay scale will be as admissible to Govt. of lndia Employeefor the concerned post [consolidated pay shall be fixed bythe institute as per rule),
   
   
5. Eligible candidates are requestedto reportat the Committee Room, ground floor, Administrative Block at 4:30AM positively on the date of interview along with originals, photocopies of relevant documents and one passport sire color photograph. Application Form will be provided at the venue on the date of interview. They hawto fill In their particulars in the prescribed application format and enclosedthe following relevant documentsduly attested:
   
   

(i) Certificate of Date of Birth

f ii) Certificate ofSC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy Layer) from the competent authority if applicable. (Candidate must submitthe latest OBC certificate Issued by the competent authority of Govt, oflndia informat given by DOPT/Govt. of Indiaor for the appointment to the centralgovernmentjob.)

(iv) MBBS Mark sheet ;4

(v) MBBSAttempt Certificate
