Upper Age limit: No Upper Age Limit.

(In service candidates will have to apply through proper channel and submit a "No Objection Certificate" from their employer along with their application forms. All eligible candidates seeking admission (Including in service) will have to appear in the entrance examination and go through the process of selection as envisaged for all).

APPLICATION FEE:

i). For PwD Candidate: NIL

ii). General/OBC category: 1,000/-+ transaction charges as applicable.

iii). SC/ST category: 800/-+ transaction charges as applicable.

Note: Payment should be made online only and the application fee once remitted shall not be refunded.

PAY SCALE: 18,750 + 6,600 (Grade Pay) + NPA (Non Practicing Allowance) plus other usual allowance or revised pay scale as per 7th CPC as applicable. (Level 11 of the Matrix (Pre-revised PB 3, entry pay of the 67,700/-PM + usual allowance admissible under rules).

COURSE FEES: Selected candidate has to pay the following fees on the day of admission:

BOND: Candidates selected for PDCC/PDF will execute a bond of 2,00,000/-(Two Lakh Rupees Only) on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of 100/-along with 2 sureties.

METHOD OF SELECTION: Eligible applicants will be notified to appear in a written exam (MCQs based) followed by an Interview. A Shortlisting of candidates will be done in ratio of 1:6 per vacancy, according to marks obtained in written exam.

No Candidate should register more than one application.

a). 80% weightage Written Examination (MCQs based) b). 20% weightage Interview

i. Identity Proof (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card etc.)

ii. Address Proof (Ration Card, Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card etc.)

iii. Certificate showing Date of Birth. (10th Certificate/Birth Certificate).

Class 10th & 12th Certificates.

vi. MBBS and MD/DNB Mark sheets & Certificates.

vii. FMGE Certificate conducted by NBE (For Foreign Graduate -MBBS).

viii. Attempt Certificate.

Internship Completion Certificate.
x.
Registration with Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council.

xi. Experience Certificate (Copy of completion of Internship for medical candidates).

xii. No Objection Certificate (In case of working in Govt. sector).

xiii. Publications.

xiv. Any other relevant documents.
