Essential Qualification & Experience:

BTech (MTech or PhD is preferred and is an added qualification) from a premiere institution.

Minimum of 05 years experience (3 years for candidates with advanced degree) as software engineer / designer / architect

The candidate must have Strong technical skills and possess strong communication skills.

Should have conducted some training/teaching programs.

Desirable:

Research experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will have to teach 2 courses each semester in subjects like Programming, Object Oriented programming, Web design and programming, Software engineering

Pay and Other Benefits

The total compensation will be around Rs.12 Lac per annum, depending on experience. Selected candidate may be permitted to join as part-time PhD student also, and the fee for the program will be waived.

General Information/ Conditions/ Instructions

The position will be on contract for up to 3 years and may be extended by another year, if needed.

Age limit: The maximum age limit should not be exceeding 40 years on the closing date of the application.

Prescribed qualifications are minimum and the mere fact that a candidate possessing the same will not entitle him/her to be called for interview. In this regard the decision of the Institute/ Screening Committee will be final and no request in this regard for reconsideration etc. will be entertained through any means.

Shortlisted candidates will be informed for written test/ interviews through e-mails only.

The Institute reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates for written test/interview to a reasonable limit, on the basis of qualification and experience.

The Institute also reserves the right of rejecting any or all the applications without assigning any reasons thereof.

Eligibility of a candidate to the post will not automatically mean that he/she will be shortlisted and called for interview. No request in this regard will be entertained for review etc.

Qualifications/experience, age may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.

The candidates may be considered for higher/lower grade/ scale depending upon their profile.

The Institute observes working 5 days a week and National Holidays as followed by the Institute on the lines of the Govt. of Delhi notification.

Number of positions may be increased or decreased depending upon the requirements

The selected candidates will be expected to join within one month from the offer of appointment.

A person working in Govt. Organization/ Autonomous Bodies/ PSUs etc. will be required to produce the No Objection Certificate before the interview or should send his/ her application through proper channel also.
