Essential Qualifications

ME/MTech in ECE/CSE with good programming skills in deep learning

Academically good BE/BTech graduates are eligible to apply

Proficient in deep learning and in coding in Pytorch/MATLAB for the same

Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

Project work on deep learning in cancer imaging (classification and segmentation)/Genomics/fMRI/EEG signal processing

Experience in working with a research institution/companies/ universities

Experience in working with students and/ or in a team

Brief details on project works

Positions are available on multiple projects including 1) cancer imaging (classification and segmentation) 2) cancer genomics signal processing, 3) fMRI/MRI image processing, building brain networks, 4) EEG signal processing

Duration

Extension upto one year is likely if the candidate's performance is found to be satisfactory
