| Project Description | Selected candidate may chose to work on either of the topics: (1) Kinetics of mucus gels, (2) Manifold learning/persistent homology. |
| Essential Qualifications | 1) MSc / Mtech in Theoretical Physics, Polymer physics, Applied and Computational Maths, Biomathematics. 2) Very bright BTech/BE students are also eligible to apply. 3) Proficient in MATLAB and/or Python (very essential). 4) Good oral and written communication skills. |
| Desirable Qualifications and Experience | 1) Knowledge in computational partial differential equations, biomechanics of bioflows. 2) Experience in working with PhD students. 3) Experience in using SAGE software. |
| Duration | 1 year (with 6 months probation and extended further based on performance). |
