Tech (EC) with 20 years experience (industrial/ research/academic) Or 1st class M. Tech. (EC) with 18 years experience (industrial/ research/ academic) Or Ph.D in Communication with 12 years experience. Should have at least 10 years of experience in Telecom industry. The candidate should have experience in customer expectation management, understanding requirement specifications and architecture documents. Should have good communication skills. The job requires the incumbent to negotiate with organizations (both govt. & private). |
