Project Title: Unveiling Mergers Of Galaxy Clusters With Radio Halos/Relics: Using High Fidelity Radio and X-ray Observations

Applications are invited for the post of one Junior Research Fellows (JRFs) in the DST-SERB sponsored Research Project under the supervision of Dr. Abhirup Datta, Center of Astronomy, Indian Institute of Technology Indore. Interviews will be held on May 17, 2018 at IIT Indore Simrol Campus, Indore- 453552.

Minimum qualification for this JRF position is M.Sc. in Physics/Astronomy or related subject with NET/GATE qualification.

Monthly Stipend: As per norms (i.e. about Rs. 25,000 + 20% HRA (if hostel accommodation is not provided))

Duration: Initial appointment will be for 12 months, which is extendable up to a maximum of 36 months solely based on performance.

Note : No TA/DA will be paid to the applicants.
