JRF Position in SAC-ISRO Project

Applications are invited for one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position (purely temporary) in a time bound project (for maximum period of two years) funded by SAC-ISRO. The project details are as per below:

Position : Junior Research Fellow (JRF) (One)

Title of the Project : A novel Mach-Zehnder Modulator based integrated photonic highly steerable beam forming system for broad band satellite communication link.

Essential Qualification : PG Degree in basic science with NET or equivalent qualification or graduate degree in professional course with NET/GATE or equivalent qualification or PG degree in professional course as JRF. In case class is not specified in degree then minimum 60% marks or

7.0 OGPA/CGPA will be considered as first class.

Desirable Qualification : Basic knowledge of Microwave-photonics, Design and analysis of Microwave Antenna. Software knowledge includes HFSS and MATLAB.

Age : The Upper age limit is 32 years as on the last date of application. SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates will be given age relaxation as per Government of India rules.

Fellowship : Rs. 25,000/-per month (+16% HRA) for Two Years

Nature and Duration of : The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project, Post which is sanctioned for maximum period of 2 years. The JRF may

also be registered for Ph.D. program as per IIT (ISM) Dhanbad rules. Last Date of Application : The Applications along with complete bio-data and attested copies Procedure of mark-sheets must reach to the principal investigator at the
