Applications are invited from bright, young candidates for temporary positions in the department of Civil Engineering at IIT Hyderabad.
Position 1: Number of openings: 1 Title: Project Assisstant Minimum Qualification: B.Tech. (Civil Engineering) with 60% marks or equivalent Emoluments: Consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 13,500 -17,100. Duration of the Project: 18 Months Technical knowledge: Experience with STAAD-PRO, SAP-2000, Knowledge of basic steel structural design, Proficient with Structural analysis, Good English writing and oral communication skills.
Position 2: Number of openings: 1 Title: Project Associate Minimum Qualification: B.Tech. (Civil Engineering) with 60% marks or equivalent Emoluments: Consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 15,000 -22,000. Duration of the Project: 18 Months Technical knowledge: Experience with STAAD-PRO, SAP-2000, Knowledge of basic steel structural design, Proficient with Structural analysis, Good English writing and oral communication skills.
Position 3: Number of openings: 1 Title: Senior Project Associate Minimum Qualification: M.Tech. (Structural Engineering) or B.Tech. (Civil engineering) with 3 years of relevant experience. Minimum 60% marks or equivalent in the qualifying degree. Emoluments: Consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 20,000 28,000. Duration of the Project: 18 Months Technical knowledge: Experience with STAAD-PRO, SAP-2000, knowledge of basic structural steel design, structural dynamics, earthquake and wind engineering, proficient with structural analysis, good English writing and oral communication skills.
The position is purely temporary and lasts up until the duration of the project.
