FIRST NCA NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited Online only from qualified candidates of MUSLIM community of Kerala State against NCA vacancies to the under mentioned post in Kerala Government Service. Before applying for the post the candidate shall register as per One Time Registration Scheme through the official website of Kerala Public Service Commission.

The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the above vacancy earmarked for MUSLIM Community , but remains unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on (30.10.17) for Lecturer in Mridangam (Category No: 192/15), Gazette dated14.07.15. This is the First NCA notification issued due to the paucity of candidates belonging to the MUSLIM community.

5. Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment (Only from candidates belonging to Muslim Community only)

Note:-Application submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than the above mentioned community will summarily be rejected. Individual communication regarding rejection of their application will not be issued.

1. 1. Age Limit : 22-39. Only candidates born between 02/01/1979 and 01/01/1996 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for the post. [including the relaxation as per para (2)(1) of the General conditions]

2. Qualifications : I or II Class Masters Degree in Mridangam or its equivalent from any statutory University / University and Deemed Universities recognized by the UGC.
   
   

Note

1) Candidates who are Ph.D holders require only 50% marks for Masters Degree if they have acquired the respective Masters Degree prior to 19^th September 1991

2) For the post of Lecturer when the qualifications are equal preference shall be given to those who have studied Malayalam as one of the languages either at Degree level or Post Graduate level.

8. (a) Mode of submitting Applications :

Candidates must register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION' with official website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. Candidates who have registered can apply by logging into their profile using their User-ID and Password. Candidates must click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the Notification link to apply for a post. The Photograph uploaded should be the one taken after 31/12/2010. Name of the candidate and the date of taking photograph should be inscribed at the bottom portion. Photograph once uploaded, meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. There is no change in other instructions regarding uploading of photographs. No application fee is required. Candidates shall take a printout of the application by clicking the link 'Registration Card' in their profile. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application, candidates must ensure correctness of the information on their profile. They must quote the User-ID for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. The application will be summarily rejected if non-compliance with the notification is found in due course of processing. Documents to prove qualification, Experience, Community, Age etc have to be produced as and when called for.

(b) Candidates who have Aadhaar card should add Aadhaar card as their ID in their profile.

9 (a) Last date for receipt of applications :- 13.06.2018 Wednesday up to 12 Midnight.

(b) If a Written/OMR Test/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection,
Admission Ticket for eligible candidates will be made available in their Profile
for One Time Registration and the date of downloading will be included in the
Examination	Calendar.	Candidates can download Admission Ticket for 15 days fr					om that	date.
Candidates who have downloaded the Admission Ticket alone			will	be	permitted	to	attend		the
Examination.
