Walk in interview for post of the Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in DRDO Sponsored Research Project

Title: Design, simulation and development of conformal phased array antenna for airborne applications.

A walk in interview is scheduled on Wednesday, May 09, 2018 for the post of Senior Research fellowship (SRF) in the research project Titled : Design, simulation and development of conformal phased array antenna for airborne applications. Funded by DRDO, Government of India, under the supervision of Dr. Dinesh Kumar V. Pl and Dr. Manoj S. Prihar, Co-PI, Electronics and Communication Engineering PDPM-IIITDM Jabalpur.

Senior Research fellowship (SRF): 01 Post

Candidate may be offered SRF position as per the suitability of the candidate to the post.

*If candidate not found suitable for SRF may be considered for the post of JRF.

Essential Qualifications

For SRF ME/MTech in Electronics and Communication engineering with specialization in relevant field (Microwave Engineering, Antenna Design, Computational Electromagnetics etc. Candidate must have cleared GATE (any time in past), and two years of research experience in the relevant field. Candidates good academic and research background will be given preference.

Desirables: Candidate having knowledge of CST simulation, HFSS, Computational and Analytical EM Techniques, Matlab coding exposure of working with Network Analyzer, radiation measurement etc.

Age limit: Preferably below 32 Years (SRF) as on date of Interview.

Fellowship: For SRF Rs. 28,000/- per Month.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Only Indian national are eligible to appear for this Walk in interview.

2. The position is purely temporary and renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum of three years or till the completion of project whichever is earlier.

3. Candidates selected for this position can also apply for the regular / part time PhD programme in the institute provided satisfying the eligibility criteria for the PhD. programme.

5. Original Document of age proof / certificate /degree/ mark sheets must be presented at the time of interview.

Selection procedure: written test and/ or interview.

Reporting date and time: the interview will be held at Electronics and Communication Engineering, PDPM-IIITDM Jabalpur on Wednesday May 09, 2018 at 10:30 am. Candidates are expected to bring completely filled application form along with detailed CV, their original mark sheet and documents.
