Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements:

Essential Qualification: 1) Ph.D / M.Tech (Computer Sciences / Electronics/ Information Technology ) Degree awarded candidate should apply ,B.Tech and M.Tech both with First Class or equivalent grade in the appropriate branch of Engineering.

Essential Experiences: Minimum one year will be preferred but not essential in Teaching / Research/ Industry Desirable Requirement : Candidate having Ph.D. degree from CFTIs like IITs, NITs, IIITs etc. will be preferred

Post : Non Teaching -Lab Technician (Multi-skilled)

Job Description: Will assist the I/c Dean and I/c Registrar in general administration, office work, lab & equipment cleaning job and activities relate to lab work, IT, Electronic & communication and academics etc. He/she is expected to have knowledge and ability to execute various tasks related to above work. Knowledge of computer operation will be a distinct advantage.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: Graduation B.Tech /B.E in relevant field from recognized University/Institute OR Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology / Electrical) of three years duration from recognized Polytechnic/Institute (Technician, Work assistant)

Relevant work experience of at least one year is essential. Experience in educational institute of national repute like IITs/NITs/IIMs will be a distinct advantage. The candidate should be able to work independently and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities. A good knowledge of Excel, Word with computer based working is preferred. A good oral and written communication skill in english is essential.

Salary & Allowances: Rs. 15,000/-per month.

Job Description:.

1) monitoring technical Activities, Investigation Feasibility Reports Engineering Design Procurement Construction Supervision (Periodic visits to site, Consultation with the Owner/Client, Interpretation of plans and specifications, Checking working drawings and data, Processing & certification of contractors payment estimates, Preparation of amendments to contractors contract, Final inspection of project, checking and scrutiny of drawings

2) Supervise day to day construction work. 3) Technical Activities, Preparation of Reports and Schedules, Quality Assurance, 4) Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations. 5) Planning according schedule and time limits. 6) Regular liaisoning with PMC agency and its contractor . 7) Supervising of day to day work . 8) Verification and certification of running bills. 9) Measurement of daily works . 10) Maintenance of daily work log books etc.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate at each level, from a recognized University or Institute

Proven track record of handling construction projects in organizations of repute. Experience of working civil engineering, Designing and estimation, construction management etc.,at least 20 years as relevant to his specialization. Experience of supervising team and solve problem on day to day basis.

Retired personnel from Govt / semi Govt / Reputed organization will be preferred

The candidate should be able to work independently and should have good communication and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities. A good knowledge of Excel and Word with comfort with computer based working is preferred.

Salary & Allowances: Rs.40,000 /-per month. ( Consolidated or as per experience)
