TAMIL NADU PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

Supplement to the Commissions notification No.09 / 2018 dated 03.05.2018 for direct recruitment to the post of Agricultural Officer (Extension) (Post Code No.1678) included in the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Extension Service (Service Code No.015).

The Commission in its notification No.09 /2018 dated 03.05.2018 had invited online applications for direct recruitment to the post of Agricultural Officer (Extension) included in the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Extension Service against 192 vacancies for the years 2015-2018.

In continuation of the said notification, applications are invited for direct recruitment to the post of Agricultural Officer (Extension) included in the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Extension Service against 131 vacancies for the year 2018-2019 also upto 11.59 p.m. on 02.06.2018.

The number of vacancies in the post of Agricultural Officer (Extension) was notified as 192 in the notification dated 03.05.2018. The said vacancies are increased from 192 to 323 by including the 131 vacancies now notified.

Note:

i) All the other details and conditions notified in the Commissions notification No.09/2018 dated 03.05.2018 will remain unchanged and will apply to the candidates who apply with reference to this notification.

ii) Candidates who have already applied in response to the Commissions notification No.09 / 2018 dated 03.05.2018 for direct recruitment to the post of Agricultural Officer (Extension) included in the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Extension Service need not apply separately to this supplemental notification, as they will be considered as having applied for the vacancies now notified in the supplemental notification. The facility of applying online will be closed at 11.59 p.m. on 02.06.2018
