Applications are invited from the eligible candidates to work as Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India sponsored project at Department of Pharmacy, BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus. Fellowship : INR25000 / month Essential Qualification: M. Pharm / M.S. (Pharm.) in Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry with GATE/GPAT/CSIR-NET or equivalent examination will be preferred.

Title: Development of novel anti-leishmanial analogues loaded with novel nano-formulations Duration: Two years Principal Investigator: Dr. S. Murugesan (Email ID: murugesan@pilani.bits-pilani.ac.in) Co-Principal Investigator: Dr. K.V.G.Chandrasekhar (Email ID: kvgc@hyderabad.bits-pilani.ac.in)

Requirement: Candidates should be well versed with organic drug synthesis, characterization as well as hands on experience on molecular modeling tools. In addition, he / she should have exposure on screening of NMEs against infectious diseases.

The selected candidate will be allowed to register for Ph. D program of BITS, Pilani as per Institute's procedure, subject to availability of seats and fulfillment of other essential criteria as per rule. Shortlisted candidates will be informed through E.mail and will be called for interview (date will be intimated later) to be at Department of Pharmacy, BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus.
