Applications are invited for one (1) post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in an ICMR sponsored project entitled Studies on the Effect of Russells Viper Venom on Regulation of Cell Morphology, Apoptosis and Further Characterization of the Active Compound(S).

Nature of work: Protein purification & characterization, Cell biological studies.

Essential Qualification(s): M.Sc. in Physiology/Zoology/Life Science/Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology with NET/GATE qualification. Minimum 60% marks or equivalent in post-graduate examination.

Desirable: Basic knowledge on proteins, protein purification techniques and cell biology.

Emoluments: Rs.25,000/- per month and 20% HRA (for candidates staying outside campus) .
