Applications are invited for a JRF position of BRNS funded project entitled Design and synthesis of smart supramolecular dyes based on TPE modified PDIcucurbituril conjugates: their binding and photophysical studies and application in the detection of biogenic polyamines (Project no. 37(2)/14/20/2017-BRNS/37217). The project is for three years and the date of commencement is 01-04-18.

Candidates with hands-on experience in synthetic organic chemistry and spectrofluorimetry will be given precedence.

Eligibility: For Junior Research Fellow:

Qualification: First Class in M Sc. (chemistry) / M Pharm. (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) / equivalent degree. NET-LS / valid GATE qualification is desirable and will be given precedence.

Monthly Stipend: Rs. 25000/- pm or as per the norms of BRNS based on the highest degree of candidate. Accommodation / HRA may be admissible as per the norms of BRNS and BITS, Pilani.
