Call for project assistant position in DST-Inspire project On

Computational study of Excitation Energy Transfer Dynamics in Light-Harvesting Systems.

Applications are invited from motivated and eligible candidates for the position of Project Assistant for the Department of Science and Technology (DST), funded research and development Project on Computational study of Excitation Energy Transfer Dynamics in Light-Harvesting Systems.

Project positions and Number: Project Assistant No. 1 Qualifications: M.Sc chemistry with or without NET/GATE. 2018 fresh M.Sc graduates are also encouraged to apply. Desirable: Experience in the field of computational chemistry with basic knowledge on programming mathematical functions and biological system QM/MM simulations. Emoluments: Rs.14000/month. Duration: 4 years.

Job Description: Candidate should perform research work in the desired project and publish the results in reputed International journals.

  7. The shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview will be held at 10.00 am on 25th June 2018 at the Department of Chemistry.

Note:

  1. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.

  2. Candidate selected for this position can also apply for the regular PhD program provided they satisfy the eligibility criteria for PhD program.
