Essential Qualifications |
M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry with at least 60% marks (or a CGPA of 6.5 in 10 point scale) with valid NET/ GATE /equivalent. |

Age Limit and Relaxation |
Not more than 28 Years. SC/ST/OBC/Women/PD candidates will get age relaxation as per DST, Govt. of India norms |

Fellowship |
Rs.25,000.00/- per month for JRF and Rs. 28,000/- per month for SRF, plus HRA as per norms if accommodation is not provided by institute. |

Important Instructions |
The assignment is purely temporary in nature and it is co-terminus with the project. All original testimonials would be required to produce for verification purpose at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview and/or joining of the position. All the terms & conditions for this recruitment will be as per the guidelines of SERB, DST, Govt. of India and NIT Silchar. Institute reserves the right to cancel the recruitment without assigning any reason. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated via E-mail/phone for interview. Candidates are advised to check their Email regularly. Incomplete application will not be accepted. Selected candidates shall have to sign an agreement at the time of joining. |
